To register and maintain a jitbuz account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jitbuz or any associated company;
• Not have been previously excluded or banned from the jitbuz platform.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on jitbuz. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If jitbuz identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all secondary accounts and any associated winnings or bonuses may be voided and the accounts closed without prior notice. The original account may also be subject to review and suspension pending investigation.

jitbuz reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence; proof of address; and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping your jitbuz login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jitbuz bears no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must notify jitbuz support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

jitbuz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following payment channels:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay;
• Local bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other partner banks;
• Other payment methods as may be introduced from time to time and notified on the platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and the player's account status. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your jitbuz account. jitbuz reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within minutes to a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. jitbuz reserves the right to conduct additional security and verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

All funds deposited into your jitbuz account are held for the sole purpose of facilitating betting and gaming on the platform. jitbuz does not pay interest on player account balances. You must not use your jitbuz account for any purpose other than personal entertainment betting and gaming. Use of the platform for money transfer, currency exchange, or any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

jitbuz reserves the right to decline, reverse, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or where required by applicable laws or regulations. All bets placed on jitbuz are final once confirmed. It is your sole responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming placement. jitbuz is not liable for any bets placed in error by the player.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on jitbuz. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or within the relevant game interface. jitbuz reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any player's account at its sole discretion without prior notice.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, software bug, or any other error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, incorrect game outcomes, or incorrect settlement of bets, jitbuz reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. jitbuz is not obligated to honour bets that were placed or settled due to manifest errors, regardless of whether such errors were caused by jitbuz or by a third-party content provider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitbuz platform:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption;
• Placing bets with the intent to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the jitbuz platform or its content.

jitbuz offers casino games and live dealer tables supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These games are subject to the rules and technical specifications of the respective providers. jitbuz is not responsible for any technical issues or interruptions arising from the third-party provider's systems, provided jitbuz takes reasonable steps to address such issues promptly.

Changes to active promotions will be communicated on the platform as soon as reasonably practicable. Any bets or game activity completed before the effective time of a promotion change will be settled under the terms that applied at the time of the bet placement.

These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time limits, loss limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. jitbuz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where jitbuz reasonably believes the account holder has: violated any provision of these Terms; provided false registration information; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; or where closure is required by applicable law or regulation. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to any outstanding investigations.

Upon receiving a closure request, jitbuz will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds before deactivating the account. Please note that account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jitbuz content without prior written consent from jitbuz.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. jitbuz's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

jitbuz aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to its Services on a 24/7 basis. However, jitbuz does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, force majeure events, or technical issues may result in temporary unavailability. jitbuz accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime that is outside its reasonable control.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and jitbuz, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the support channel at [email protected]. Players must submit any formal complaint to jitbuz support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.
